Data Deletion Instructions
Onami AI is a business automation tool that uses Facebook Login to help users manage their Facebook Pages. We respect your privacy and provide a simple way for you to delete your data from our system.
If you no longer wish to use Onami AI and want to completely remove your Facebook data (including your profile information, page access tokens, and associated messaging configurations) from our servers, you can follow the steps below:
Option 1: Remove via Facebook (Automated)
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy.
- Click on Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites from the left-hand menu.
- Find Onami AI in the list of active apps and click Remove.
Note: Once removed, Facebook will notify our servers, and your automated configurations and stored access tokens will be invalidated and deleted.
Option 2: Direct Request to Our Support
If you wish to ensure that all your historical interaction data, account settings, and records stored within the Onami AI database are immediately and permanently wiped, please send a data deletion request to our support team:

Upon receiving your request, our team will process the deletion of all your related data within 2 to 3 business days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
